If the villa isn't booked for an extended stay, it can be used as a venue for meetings, special occasions, seminars, and other similar one-day events. The unique atmosphere of the mountain chalet will create an unforgettable atmosphere of luxury and tranquility in the natural setting. Prices are discussed individually with clients and depend on both the client's preferences and the scope of organizational work and costs. The maximum number of participants per event is 30. Ultimate Comfort

From the open entrance area, you enter a spacious living area featuring a striking dining table made of fine wood, an elegant fireplace, and a cozy seating area. The bright, open space is equipped with a large TV and a surround sound system. The wooden floor, decorated with traditional rugs and cowhides, enhances the warm and inviting atmosphere of the wooden chalet. The spacious, modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. The villa offers three modernly furnished double bedrooms, each with its own shower, WC, and air conditioning. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while two others are on the upper floor. A modern designer staircase made of wood and metal leads to the upper floor. In addition to two comfortable bedrooms, there is also a Finnish sauna and an additional relaxation area. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in a separate utility room.

The spacious terrace offers a spectacular view over the Black Sea. On the terrace, there is a heated pool for sunny summer days, a jacuzzi for four people with panoramic views, modern sun loungers for sunbathing, and an elegant seating area in a contemporary design. Several natural stone terraces with seating areas invite you to relax, socialize, or simply enjoy nature. Artistic wooden sculptures by local artists give the villa and the outdoor area a special charm. A small meditative stone garden in Japanese style helps to achieve inner peace and balance. An artificially created waterfall made of rough natural stones refreshes the air on hot sunny days. An open fire pit made of natural stone offers the opportunity to enjoy a sociable barbecue evening with friends.

The 1.2-hectare hillside garden provides plenty of space for walks and outdoor activities. Fragrant herbs, fruit trees, exotic shrubs, and colorful flowers blend harmoniously into the landscape and emphasize the beauty of the surroundings.

The center of the small town of Fındıklı, with its weekly market, shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, can be reached in about ten minutes by car.​
